We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, according to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Note:
For attar (perfumes), returns are accepted only if the seal is intact and the bottle has not been opened or used, due to hygiene and fragrance safety reasons.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or washed prayer mats.

  • Opened or partially used attar bottles.

  • Items bought on sale, discount, or special promotion (unless damaged upon arrival).

  • Customized or personalized items.

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

  3. Our team will verify your request and provide return instructions.

  4. Once your return is approved, please ship the item back to us using a trackable courier service.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days via the original payment method (or as store credit if preferred).

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item).

5. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, size, or fragrance, you may do so within 7 days (subject to stock availability).
Additional shipping costs may apply for exchanges.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the product and packaging.
We will prioritize a replacement or full refund immediately.
